I have created and led product data science /AI /analytics organizations in finance and in retail.As an ex-investment banker, I excel at building trusted partnerships across organizational boundaries and with clients. At the same time, my background in Computer Science and Math lets me shift seamlessly between the big picture and the details. I love operating at the intersection of math, algorithms and data to enable business decisions at enormous scale.At Target, my teams built generative AI solutions and an AI platform spanning use cases across the enterprise. We are unlocking 3-4 billion in free cash flow at Target with demand forecasting as an enterprise capability. Our work on dynamic pricing has previously added 200+ million/year to the bottom line.I am a part-time lecturer of Neural Networks and Advanced Machine Learning courses at the University of Arizona School of Information's Masters in Data Science. I am also advising LRC Systems (a Bay Area research lab) on the use of AI to accelerate drug discovery.
