As a PA- Community & Wellbeing Leadership team at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, I support the strategic and operational management of the community and wellbeing services, ensuring effective communication and coordination among the teams. I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Leeds Beckett University, where I developed a keen interest in mental health and wellbeing. I have over a year of experience as a Mental Health Support Worker and a Ward Administrator at the same trust, where I provided compassionate and respectful care to the patients, assisted the clinical staff, and handled administrative tasks. I have strong skills in communication, multitasking, and conflict management, which enable me to perform well in a fast-paced and diverse environment. I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of mental health services, and contributing to the mission and vision of the trust.
