Responsible for being the lead recruiter for The Academy by Deloitte program through our partnership with The University of Adelaide. During my time at Deloitte I worked on high volume end to end recruitment, recruiting Interns for our internal business units such as Consulting, (Centre for Innovation & Technology) Audit & Assurance, Tax & Legal, Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory.In addition, I worked on external stakeholder management with University stakeholders, welcoming new starters, (Interns, Vacationers and Graduates) through onboarding and induction sessions.Facilitated learning content in person and virtually, coordination and delivery of program events, project management and process improvements for student experience. I contributed to various internal projects such as our Summer Vacationer program and our Connect program, whilst assisting the national Graduate Talent team, attending Uni/Student Society events and careers fairs to promote Deloitte.Selected achievement:One of my notable accomplishments whilst working at Deloitte involved working in high volume recruitment, recruiting over 250 students into our Academy by Deloitte program.My role was made redundant in March 2024.

Working within the blue collar, industrial division as a Senior Consultant at Randstad.Responsible for building relationships with various clients from within the manufacturing business throughout Adelaide. Managed the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, reference checking and completing physical assessments. Responsible for placing candidates in various manufacturing roles. Account managed key accounts-Detmold Medical, Detmold Packaging, Arnott’s Biscuits, VAILO and Polyaire. As part of my role, I attend weekly/monthly meeting with various clients, I have experience presenting inductions to candidates - in house, Experience within business development, selling Randstad to various manufacturing companies, bringing on new business, people management and solving any payroll inquiries. Experience recruiting for permanent positions as well as temporary positions. I worked within a team that was able to achieve record profit numbers.

Responsible for all duties in the department including, recruiting staff members, screening of applicants, arranging interviews, conducting interviews alongside the store manager, Hiring and rejecting applicants, training and onboarding of staff, Managing sales, shrinkage, wage budget, stock inventory along with rostering and merchandising.Negotiating with sales reps, rotation of stock, invoicing, filling stock and date checking whilst working efficiently with rushed time frames.
