CSR to BHP IO - IM/1SAP/Misc, BHP NWTo manage the smooth operation of the Technology contractors in WA ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. Contribute to a productive, growing and profitable business/account through providing efficient contractor support services.•Identify, develop & maintain business processes in regards to the contractor on-boarding •Ensure contractors are paid weekly•Maintain contractor spreadsheet.•Create Job Orders in EMS & ensure rates match correctly•Contract generation & full/complete understanding of contractual terms and conditions, including payment cycle, superannuation, workcover, etc.•Preparing & sending monthly/weekly reports to Account Manager•Booking on-boarding requirements for contractors – medicals, testing etc•Maintain relationships with current, lapsed and future contractorsInternal QA Coordinator •Assigns, reviews, & evaluates the work of professional, technical, and clerical staff.•Interprets & implements QA standards.•Reviews QA standards, studies existing policies & procedures, & interviews internal management & internal employees•Performs QA functions to accomplish business coordination, monitoring, & reporting of QA studies according to the QA plan.•Selects specific topics for review, such as problem procedures•Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing QA findings.•Coordinatination of audit information, & recommends appropriate data-gathering mechanisms, procedures, etc.•Review records, applying utilisation review criteria for quality control, and procedures, reports for accuracy, completeness and compliance to requirements to ensure that QA standards & regulatory requirements are met.•Keeps the QA Manager informed of audits in process; discusses problems & completion of audit.•Maintains current & accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, & effectiveness monitoring.
