Walk the display floor and coordinate replenishment of product while also keeping the floor clean and straight. Implement floor moves/changes with internal departments on a daily basis. Shop the competition and react to pricing according to guidelines. Execute coordination of in store events, promotions, and marketing plans. Answering queue calls and assisting internal employees with issues related to merchandising.

Maintaining a constant presence on the sales floor to address customer needs. Ask qualifying questions, offer product knowledge and give recommendations based on the customer’s unique wants and needs. Continue follow up after the buying process to update the customer on any delays or issues that come up between the time of purchase and delivery. Strive to meet competitive sales goals every month to continue growth and development within my department.

All of my previous responsibilities in addition to becoming the main escalation point during my shifts. Helping other members of the management team with adjusting schedules so that all shifts are covered. Making changes to the daily matrix to ensure that all tasks are completed for all dealerships. Making sure that all dealer questions and concerns are being answered quickly and efficiently during my shifts. Use CRM knowledge to adjust templates, make changes to processes, correct dealer information, etc. Help BD agents with replies and leads during busy periods.

Responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls from potential dealership customers who have provided contact information from 3rd party internet lead sources. Set appointments for the dealership while overcoming objections and utilizing resources to best assist the guest with questions. Working all hours, including holidays, that our dealerships are open. Making 100+ phone calls with a goal of setting 5+ appointments per day.
