-Worked directly with regional directors across Canada to assess Scotiabank’s penetration into different small business segments. Presented the subsequent report to the Bank’s VP of Small Business, who used it to strategically reallocate specialized salespeople to branches that were missing a significant market opportunity in their local area. -Revamped a complex excel file sent out to company small business advisors (frontline salespeople specialized in small business loans) detailing their performance among different product lines and their current positioning in the year-end bonus standings. This updated format is now being sent out to these salespeople and their coaches on a monthly basis.

-Owned and operated a successful College Pro Painting franchise in North Toronto.-Managed a group of up to eight painters responsible for fulfilling work contracts. Worked with this team and clients to ensure that client expectations were met and exceeded, whilst ensuring that we delivered our work in an efficient fashion that ensured profitability objectives were met. Ultimately, my business achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 93% (meaning that 93% of our clients said they would recommend my team and I to a close friend and/or family member).-Managed a team of three people responsible for generating leads through door-to-door neighbourhood canvassing, including by actively participating in this work myself. Arranged in-house sales visits based on these leads, where I would describe the proposed scope of work and write/sell a formal contract to this effect. -Managed/completed all other tasks associated with running a business including: collection of accounts receivable, cash flow management, and taxes.
