Whilst maintaining a caseload of primarily law enforcement, defence and private case work, I am responsible for the continued development of the business by seeking out new opportunities and taking the concept of digital forensics to new markets. I have used marketing concepts to ‘package’ the services provided by Zentek in order to make these more desirable to a potentially non technical client base. I continually communicate with solicitors, police and commercial clients to ensure that Zentek are aware of current and upcoming trends in crime, new legislation and maintain maximum exposure in the forensics marketplace.

I was employed as a Senior Forensic Computer Analyst and my duties were primarily to undertake the forensic analysis of computers and mobile telephones. My objective was to regenerate the business by building new client relationships and bringing the business into new areas such as insolvency and corporate law. Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Synergy Group of Companies, I was able to provide input and direction into the structure and forward planning of the business. I was responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, together with my own case management.

My duties involved the acquisition, analysis and presentation of evidence from both computers and mobile phones. As before, I was also tasked with the generation of new business and the continued support to clients from both Law Enforcement and Private sectors.
