We developed a detailed consumer survey, run both in store and online to collect customer feedback. A comprehensive data model enabled us to extract a range of consumer personas including those for core shoppers and non-shoppers. A draft communications plan was developed based on findings and the results provided data to help drive future store developments and ongoing campaign strategies. 2017, Trouble spot analysis and resident education with Bristol Waste Company, Project ManagerSarah worked with Bristol Waste Company to assess the issues behind waste and recycling problems in a specific trouble spot area of Bristol. A resident attitude in the region was run, and key stakeholders such as enforcement officers, cleansing teams, local businesses, landlords and community groups interviewed to build a 360 degree picture.
