CurrentResponsible for managing IT Service Delivery, IT Operations for SM2 InfotechResponsibilities: Managing IT Service Delivery, Operations. SLA Management, Track SLA for vendors and take corrective measures Crisis management that affecting Business as Usual (BAU) Team Management ( Technical & Operations ) Engineer management, escalation handling and providing service within SLA Vendors management Manage user queries & concerns related to IT. Responsible for clients service delivery and Project delivery Responsible to ensure clients services are delivered as per agreed SLA’s Liaise with third party service providers and ensure that contracted services meet the set standards Manage the Hardware & Software environment in accordance to the SM2 Infotech& its client IT Strategy. Generating weekly and monthly reports and presenting it to the Management. Responsible for client review meetings and suggesting new technology implementation as per clients business requirements Responsible to generate new business leads & Service Delivery for clients.
