I am a psychology major at Central Michigan University, where I learned how to apply psychological theories and methods to real-world problems. Currently, I am a fellow at Braven, a nonprofit organization that empowers first-generation college students, students of color, and those from low-income backgrounds by equipping them with skills, networks, experiences, and confidence to secure strong first jobs. I am also a behavioral health technician at Centria Autism, where I provide direct care and support to children with autism and their families. My core competencies include decision-making, communication, and psych.As a fellow at Braven, I work with a diverse cohort of students to develop their professional and leadership skills, such as resume writing, interviewing, networking, and personal branding. As a behavioral health technician at Centria Autism, I implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record data, and assist with behavioral interventions. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and potential, and I value learning, growth, and collaboration. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong commitment to the mission and vision of the organization.
