• In my current role as Vice Chairman I am primarily involved in Business Development, expanding the base of the company into full mixed use opportunities - Hotel and Resort Management, Timeshare Resort Management.
• In the early days, worked hand in hand with the founder, Tom LaTour (former President and CEO of Kimpton Hotels), to execute business plans for upscale boutiques and numerous luxury fractional, condominiums and small.

• In my previous role as Chairman, I:
• A key leader in a management and financial services company with over 50 clients.
• Identified areas in need of improvement, implemented changes to ensure risk management, and served as the counsel to department heads regarding business growth and optimization.
• Provided in-depth advice on resort property management and reservations, loan servicing, collections, information technology, credit card process, and trust oversight for approximately 250,000 timeshare owners.
• Consulted with timeshare developers on a regular cadence to ensure business alignment, sales strategies, and marketing tactics and maximized their partnership value.

• In my previous role as Chief Operating Officer, I:
• Served as the Chief Operating Officer for the largest branded full-service management company in the industry that serviced over 43 Timeshare Resorts and 50 Owners Associations.
• Spearheaded, led, and contributed to the delivery of various high-visibility business projects. Provided business impact, change impact, and analysis, ensuring all changes were properly planned and well communicated.
• Created an environment that encouraged employees to make the customers' experiences more convenient and enjoyable.
• Translated the business strategies into well-defined roadmaps containing requirements and prioritization to achieve a long-term competitive advantage.

• In my previous role as Chairman and Chief Executive, I:
• Responsible for the overall direction of 24 properties in geographically dispersed areas, including Kenya, Zimbabwe, and South America; Block Hotels Africa was the oldest hotel, lodge, and safari camp company in Africa.
• Developed the company infrastructure, safety, policies, procedures, employee engagement/development, budgets, finance management, marketing, year-to-year goals, and projections.
• Facilitated meetings focusing on opportunities to align business solutions and optimize growth; Has a keen ability to translate and simplify complex topics for high-level executives and general business audiences.
• Coached, developed, motivated, and supported employees on providing outstanding and superior service—identified areas in need of improvement and developed solutions.

• In my previous role as Director of Resort Operations, I:
• Oversight of 4 hotels ranging from ultra-deluxe to family-style with two large casinos, an entertainment center with an indoor concert stadium, 48 restaurants and bars, conference facilities for over 2,000 capacities.
• Successfully grew the company to be regarded as one of the top 10 destination resorts in the world.
• Trusted advisor to the leadership team by participating in overall group strategy decisions and assisting in implementing policies and procedures while focusing uniquely on maximizing the organization's effectiveness.
• Managed over 6,000 employees through continuous change, championed broader thinking, and created a transparent environment of open communication and clear expectations.

Re-establishing the Shangri La Hotel Singapore into the number one hotel in the world, a title held for multiple years. Voted Best Managed Business in Singapore.
