Project lead for the design and delivery of critical business-wide programs - Designing a variety of learning tools in Articulate Storyline and Rise

As the Leadership Stream Lead I developed and delivered the leadership development strategy for the Bunnings Aus/NZ business. Lead a team of 12 designers and engaged stakeholders from all parts and all levels of the business. - Leadership Experience design & delivery - senior experiential leadership program for 3000 leaders- Leadership Framework - designed and lead a project delivery team to build a learning architecture for all leaders based on the Lominger competencies - included the development of an online learning portal with access to a range of blended resources- Coordinator Core Capability Suite - as a result of workforce planning, developed a range of role specific leadership training to address credibility killers and build leadership confidence and courage- Expert Strategy - re-engineered the policies, processes, systems and support of a strategic pillar of the business - Leadership Catalogue management - maintained, reviewed and continued to develop the leadership offering for the business across all learning environments- Mental Health program - built the capability of our leaders to identify and respond to mental health issues in their workplaces

As part of the national Learning Design & Delivery team I help create learning that makes a real difference on the floor for our team members across our 300+ locations. We build nearly all of our learning in-house and cover leadership, safety, service and product training. I've taken on business-wide projects and worked with various stakeholders from all over the business to get the project across the line and hitting the mark. I've also facilitated training across all levels of the business to help our team and leaders make a difference in their roles. After taking on the Product training stream lead role I was responsible for the delivery of a learning offer that helps our team provide expert advice for our customers. In this role I managed 400+ learning offers from 120+ product suppliers.- End-to-end redesign of business-wide induction and on-boarding program- Redesign of the safety suite using blended resources - including online training and app design- Lead a project team to redesign the Team Member learning architecture to embed a user-driven platform of bite-size and on-the-go learning

In this L&D role I coordinated national conferences, carried out training needs analysis implementations, created and facilitated training programs, managed training calendars and provided reporting for a range of purposes. Working with a variety of stakeholders across the country to design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning solutions. Specific areas of work include: Curriculum development; technical and soft skill training; administrative assistance; eSolutions for training; logistic coordinatior; training needs analysis; reporting; LMS management.

Workforce Advisory focus - working with clients to collaboratively meet the needs of their business and workforce simultaneously. Special interest in Education.Engagements have ranged from Change Capability Reviews to Performance Management System evaluations. The ongoing management of stakeholder relationships has been a focal area of my work and have thrived in opportunities to 'get to the bottom' of what's really going on in organisations today.
