Process Improvements, Digitalisation, IT, QA, Social media, I was also responsible for Production and Warehouse at HQ in Bergen from January to July 2019.Responsible for continuous improvement in the company. This included processes, digitization tools, IT systems / tools, as well as the quality assurance function.Implementation of new a ERP system with customised functionality and dashboard with real time management performance indicators; analysis tools in PowerBI and Qliksense; increased traceability and efficiency of logistics; implementation of EHF functionality; reduced footprint in Bergen from 6500 sqm to 3500 sqm while at the same time planning for growth; procurement of storage machines with associated software (integrated with ERP); acquired a new and 100% customized production line with an efficiency potential of 400%; acquired a welding robot that welds 10-15% of the time to a regular welder on high runner products; prepared a detailed report for efficiency and digitalisation of Active Services as well as sister companies. Close cooperation with management in sister companies, parent company and the board of the parent company.

Started a new company together with key personnel from Fluid Control, with Flux Group / HitecVision as majority shareholders. Served assigned routes / areas. Responsible for maintaining a certain level of goods, and prepare the car before starting the assigned routes. Also responsible for doing the financial balance for the car.Increased sales on all routes I was assigned to, and was regularly to be found on the lists of the best sellers in Hjem-IS Norway.
