This includes a full Information Memorandum, including sensitivity analysis for the funders and we sit ourselves in the hands of the funders when presenting detailed information understanding their requirements and giving the clients the best chance of securing the right funding at the right time.Business Finance: We facilitate introductions to appropriate funders, ensuring we take the time to understand the clients situation, objective and act as an ‘intelligent intermediary’ to ensure they have the right funding for their business, now and in the future.Corporate Debt Restructuring: An understanding of clients change in circumstance which may result in a re negotiation of facilities with funders. We have the skills and credibility in the market place to be able to hold such conversations. In addition, the ability to help raise alternative finance where current relationships may have broken down with existing funders and carry out a smooth transition from one lender to the other.
