Lead Customer Success Manager
Current- Business Product Owner: Lead operational execution and strategic planning for the Customer Experience Department for Parloa's Real Time Translation Product - BPO/CSM: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for (product) improvement to support go-to-market strategy and market entry for Real Time Translation- Account Management: build strong relationships with key enterprise clients incl. two Fortune 50 accounts and stakeholders, foster partnerships to deliver exceptional value- Project management: successfully lead the development and monitoring of global implementation projects (Real Time Translation, Voicebots, Chatbots)
