Over $1 billion of arranged private securities transactions including in pre-IPO shares of OpenAI, Anduril, Xai, Spacex, Airbnb, Lyft, Didi and Bytedance among many others, with a network of shareholders and investors in the United States, Europe and Asia. A 30-year veteran of the private securities markets. A pioneer of the secondary bank loan market at Citibank, and later partner running secondary trading and portfolio management in emerging markets debt for Drexel Burnham Lambert in the 1980's. Subsequently managed the first private hedge fund portfolio dedicated to emerging markets debt instruments.One of the first private investors in reopened Eastern European stock exchanges (post Berlin Wall). Special situations and private securities transactions at Lazard.
