Employed to reorganize and manage personnel files of over 500 employees and update internal HRdatabases with data on new hires. Prepare HR documentation as well, such as employment contracts and new hire manuals. I used to maintain compliance while communicating with outside partners like insurance vendors and PRO office. It was routine for me to assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with tasks like onboarding new hires, respond to inquiries from employees about HR-related issues, and assist payroll department by providing pertinent and confidential employee information.
