About Bradley Smith

For the last 25 plus years I have been involved in sales and marketing in the technology industry. I have worked with companies ranging from manufacturing, distribution, finance, engineering and construction industries. In 2015 I became a licensed real estate agent and started working with Cross Creek Realty, LLC. to focus on commercial property, development projects, residential lots, small acreage recreational tracts and special projects. Based on my experience as a land broker and involvement in some development project, I am now fully engaged with a residential real estate development firm - Red Oak Developers, LLC. Member Urban Land Institute and the Greenville Home Builders Association.
