  Responsible for managing/planning US (and some International) interview scheduling as well as additional professional staffing-related activities in support of the Sr. Technical recruiting team. Planning details of all US Interviews (and some International) include, but are not limited to: -Receives interview details from Technical Recruiters- contacts Candidates to obtain availability to begin scheduling.  -Works with International KT offices to plan and set up interviews - plans and coordinates for offsite and non-business hour interviews. -Prepares and disseminates interview related materials to the interview team members and candidates. -Confirms interview schedules and sets up necessary conference rooms. -Arranges travel for Candidates and processes all reimbursements once Candidates submit. -Coordinates with interview team members for phone screens and technical presentations. -Keeps record of all Candidate activity on the Professional Staffing Tracker (details and logistics of interviews) in a master Excel spreadsheet onthe Sharepoint Drive.  -Responsible for verifying and managing candidate/interview information in the applicant tracking system (People Soft). -Submits Candidate Background/Employment Applications in HireRight System. -Processes all New Hire Documents and submits to HR Connect for final processing. -Creates, verifies and maintains Candidate documentation through comprehensive Requisition Files for all interviewed Candidates.  -Audits OLA and EEO data for Compliance -Currently working with TA Coordinating Team to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for GREAT Training/Process Manuals.
