I led the North American sales and customer success teams for WoodWing, a global market leader in multichannel publishing and DAM software. During my time there, we expanded the team to offer integration services, changed our product to a SaaS model, and tripled our recurring revenue in the US and Canada.

While at Time Inc, I created and ran a team of subject matter experts that worked with magazine staffs to standardize workflow across the company, based on the Adobe Suite including InDesign and InCopy. We also launched the first weekly magazine app on the iPad (in 2010, for Time Magazine), built customized editorial tools for the business, supported photo and video operations, and provided project management.

I taught design production classes, including advanced tips and tricks for Photoshop, Illustrator and QuarkXPress.

Installed and supported workflow software, including custom plug-ins. Traveled extensively to client sites. Also created and delivered Photoshop, Illustrator and QuarkXPress curricula.
