Served as the inaugural Executive Director of ’Canes Central to bring the University’s one stop shop vision to life and provide world-class service across the lifecycle, including prospective students, new admits, approximately 18,300 currently-enrolled undergraduate, graduate, law, and medical students, and various alumni at a R1 university. Led a team of over 50 employees, including 15 primary team members (i.e., Director, Team Lead, Sr. Associates, Associates, and Sr. Desktop Support Technician), 8 call agents, 8 Junior Associates, up to 20 seasonal employees, and numerous home office Specialists to bring together the front-of-the-house operations for four core areas of operation: Registration and Records (Registrar), Billing and Payment (Student Accounts), Financial Aid, and ’Cane Card (University ID). Identified and implemented data-driven, creative, and adaptable processes to successfully assist students, parents, and university personnel with over 110,000 interactions per year while consistently meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborated with Undergraduate Admission, Academic Affairs, Information Technology, and other campus entities to provide a coordinated and seamless student experience. Functioned as a member of the Service & Experience Excellence team to produce positive outcomes in all arenas through the creation, assessment, and refinement of university operations in the pursuit of institutional efficiency and overall student success.

Developed, implemented, and led the School of Nursing and Health Studies' comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan, impacting people, processes, and systems (e.g., NursingCAS), to produce positive outcomes in the areas of recruitment, admission, academic advising, registration, retention, scholarship allocation, and academic, career, and general student support services across 13 graduate and 10 undergraduate academic programs. Integrated creative communication strategies that contributed to school-wide growth from 750 to 1,300 students (73% increase) and raised the first-year retention rate from 83.93% to 96.27%, which was one of the highest rates and strongest trends within the University.
