Responsible for leading, directing, and supporting the implementation of the Artemis House service delivery team, including case managers, partner staff, and referral services. Hires, trains, and develops all residential and case management staff to ensure program policies are followed, and services are delivered via a trauma-informed care approach. Works with the Artemis House Director, Assistant Director of Programs, and Senior Trauma Counselor to support and manage the daily facility programming and operations of the shelter according to contract requirements and all applicable laws and regulations. Serves as an advocate to the community in support of Shelter House and domestic violence services.
