-Hiring all levels of candidates ranging from Mid to Senior Manager and Director.- working on Europe and Gulf on permanent, contract and contract to hire positions with main focus on Middle and Senior level recruitment.- Strong Cross Sector Recruitment experience in CXO recruitment, C- level hiring.- Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet business needs.- Build strong relationships with hiring Managers to ensure hiring requirements are met.- Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by screening and interviewing the candidate.- Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments and to assess clients'​ staffing requirements and build candidate database with niche skills.- Screening and interviewing candidates and submitting them to Engagement Managers, pushing for interview, strong followup on feedback.- Timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements.- Keeping the management in loop on candidates clients’ interviews, candidates start dates etc..- Aggressive, dynamic & result oriented with strong communication skills.
