Worked in the Center for Nanotechnology in SCSU's Werth Industry Academic Fellowship program from June to July 2023. Trained in using scanning electron and transmission electron microscopy for characterization of biochar composite materials. Continued internship through school year, working with undergraduate and graduate students on researching sustainable materials and developing microscopy imaging techniques.

Served on student-led council to develop mentorship opportunities and events for Girls Who Code students to close the gender gap in tech.
