Co-founded the organization where we have since impacted over 500 students and young professionals in Kenya by providing, geospatial training, knowledge transfer, networking events, and mentorship programs. We also create awareness and sensitization for policy implementation of gender-related issues using geospatial technology.

I worked on the first steps towards making marine biogeographic species datasets publicly available as well as database management of spatial information for the Ocean Biogeographic Information System Areas and built a prototype OBIS Web Mapper.

During my postgraduate degree, I was part of the Student's Association Board as a Gender Commissioner involving duties that address Diversity and Inclusivity for the student's body. I was also the Residence Commissioner of the ITC International Hotel in charge of accommodation and recreation for international students.
