●Auditing stores to ensure work Guidelines are being followed.● Conducting training sessions for new hires to familiarize them with the company's logistics processes, policies, and procedures. ● Assisting in the development of individual training plans and career paths for logistics employees to support their professional growth within the organization ● Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress. ● Providing training on efficient and safe warehouse operations, including inventory handling, storage, and picking processes. This may involve teaching proper use of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. ●Assessing the progress and performance of traineesthrough quizzes, exams, or practical assessments. ●Ensuring that all logistics personnel receive proper training on health and safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe work environment ●Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to provide cross-functional training to enhance coordination and efficiency across the entire supply chain.. ● Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new training techniques
