🌟 Product Steward | Chemical Regulatory Compliance Expert🔬 About Me: Part of the dynamic Product Stewardship Team within the Global Technology Team, I'm dedicated to ensure regulatory compliance and product safety in alignment with global chemical regulations for all our entities around the world. 👩‍💼 Role Overview: As a Product Steward, my goal is to provide expert guidance to various stakeholders, including local and global Technology managers, Customer Services, Operations teams, Supply Chain, and Marketing, on chemical regulatory compliance matters.💼 Key Responsibilities:• Global Regulatory Monitoring: Conducting comprehensive horizon scanning of global chemical regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on our product portfolio.• Formulation Support: Assisting Technology and R&D Teams in navigating issues arising from new additive introductions during product formulation.• Raw Material Management: Curating and maintaining a robust raw material database, evaluating the effects of regulatory updates on our products.• Documentation Management: Authoring and maintaining safety data sheets across our global entities over the world according to CLP and GHS regulations and produce the labelling for each hazardous product.• Transport Advisory: Providing expert advice on queries related to the transportation of dangerous goods.• Regulatory Compliance: Undertaking activities related to REACH and other global REACH-like regulations, including notifications, registrations, and substance volume tracking.• Customer Support: Supporting customer service teams by addressing regulatory issues. 🌟 Looking Ahead: Excited to continue driving excellence in product stewardship and regulatory compliance, I'm committed to leveraging my expertise to support the success of our organization and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across our global operations.

Management of REACH regulation for 5 Business Units :- Monitoring of phys-chem studies- Determine the classification and labeling of the substances - Collection of uses and exposure data, risk assessment (human health and environment)- Participation in discussion with competitors, consortia and sector group- Consolidation of IUCLID, Chemical Safety Report (CSR) -Submission of dossiers and follow up to ECHA- Follow the regulatory change on substances and inform the BU (SVHC, autorisation, restriction, CORAP …)- Respond to ECHA, with the relevant expert, when a compliance check, testing proposal or RMOA is issued. - Participation in the improvement of the Reach dossiers with new data -Prepare and submit a CLH dossier In charge of biocide regulatory issues within Arkema-Coordination and monitoring of biocidal dossiers-Participation in working groups (UIC, ...)-Regulatory watch and business unit support on the issue of biocidal products-meetings with evaluating member states Preparation of Safety Data Sheets and Extended Safety Data Sheets:-Application of CLP and GHS classification rules-Preparation of SDS Annexes (Exposure Scenarios)-Writing of SDS in the SAP system-Respond to customer requests or question regarding the classification - Organize the communication when classification will be changing to inform customers, BU, plant before the SDS is issued In order to carry out the missions properly, this post involves an internal and external coordination role as well as numerous contacts with different actors (toxicologists and ecotoxicologists experts, business unit, HSE managers, consultants, consortia members, French and European authorities )

-Calcul de classification (dangerosité des produits)-Analyse de la conformité des usines de TOTAL LUBRIFIANTS en Europe par rapport aux scénarios d’exposition des fournisseurs (contact fournisseur, visite terrain, audit, propositions d’actions pour être conforme aux exigences réglementaires)-Création des scénarios d’exposition (santé humaine et environnement) pour les produits finis dangereux (mise en place de la méthode validée par l’ECHA, rédaction de procédures et guide) afin d'être conforme aux exigences de REACH- Mise en place d'une communication interne et externe (Réponses aux réclamations clients, présentation du projet aux différents services, lettre d’information, communication visuelle)

- Participation à différentes études spécifiques concernant la sécurité au travail (arbre des causes, propositions d’actions, mesures d’ambiances sonore …)- Rédaction de plan de prévention pour les entreprises extérieurs- Évaluation du risque chimique- Prévention du risque chimique – étude sur la récupération des effluents de laboratoire- Mise en place d’un processus de formation des nouveaux arrivants au poste de travail ( projet fiches sécurité machine)- Management visuel – réalisation de plusieurs affichages- Rédaction de document en vue de la certification ISO 50 001 (management de l’énergie)- Ergonomie (étude de poste, questionnaire de ressenti)
