I am a senior at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Sales collateral and a Retail Management minor from The Haslam College of Business. Previously, I was a Marketing and Sales Intern at Greek House Apparel. Through this role, I learned the fundamentals of sales and marketing while gaining hands-on experience, conducted meetings to promote merchandise sales on the Greek House platform, created and launched various digital ads and content that will engage the audience, created self-made images such as marketing flyers and look-books, reached out to current and potential customers to acquire and retain business, and generated over $1,000 in sales within two months of employment. Based on my performance at Greek House Apparel, I have been promoted to Campus Manager at University Tees after their post-company merge process. My past work experiences include serving as Assistant Manager at Fancy Rascal Boutique, where I increased sales through effective merchandising strategies and targeted promotions, developed compelling content for the company website and social media platforms to drive customer interest and sales, developed strong working relationships with staff and customers, and became more efficient in customer service.Additionally, I served as Social Events Director for Delta Gamma at the University of Tennessee for 1 calendar year. Through this role, I was actively working with multiple Panhellenic and Inter-fraternity representatives. I managed event logistics- including venue selection, contract negotiation, budget allocation, and security and risk management for successful social functions, and formulated creative marketing campaigns to promote upcoming social events, resulting in increased attendance. Being a successful marketing student with proven accomplishments, I am a driven learner with high energy and an engaging personality. I work hard to bring my valuable skills to the table for any given role. I am a team player with strong organizational skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. I work hard to move past any obstacles I run into, and am not afraid to ask for help when truly needed. With my degree, I am actively pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing, searching for an entry-level account manager position, particularly within the retail and beauty sectors. My passion for the Retail & Beauty industry drives me to continually seek opportunities to gain valuable experience and enhance my skills, ensuring I can contribute fully to my future roles.
