Human Resources Administrator
CurrentThe Human Resources Administrator performs a support function to all aspects of human resources activities, including staffing, payroll, training, benefits, EHS functions, employee relations and HR metrics. The Human Resources Administrator acts as a member of the Human Resources Team whose ultimate mission is to provide outstanding customer service in developing, implementing and maintaining human resource systems that support ConMet’s vision.Conducts new employee onboarding.Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources Department. Prepares reports for management, as necessary or under request. Assists with tracking of contractor needs, status and communication with the staffing agency along with the temporary employee conversion process.Assists with the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings and develops recruitment process, including interview scheduling.Prepares report of working hours of temporary and permanent employees. Develops HR training materials and conduct training for employees.Conduct EHS training for employees and maintain records. Maintain record of Incidents Reports and assist in investigation and corrective action review.Interprets and explain company policies related to human resources activity. Addresses employee complaints and conduct related investigations.Addresses employee conflicts and conduct viable solutions. Coordinates employee screening activities (e.g. physical and drug screening).Sorts and distributes employee checks.Assists with Open Enrollment.Coordinates employee event planning.Keep employee files organized. Works safely and without injury through adherence to all safety rules and guidelines.
