Program Associate, Europe & Eurasia
Current• Providing administrative and programmatic support for portfolios across the department on issues related to anti-corruption; women’s economic empowerment; investment screening; and democratic governance • Contributing to the organization of meetings for the Europe & Eurasia department, regional sub teams, and external partners; Maintaining communication with field personnel, consultants, and other stakeholders to collect project updates and ensure smooth project implementation • Drafting, reviewing, and editing periodic reports, proposals, and other documents for submission to donor agencies• Monitoring and tracking payment requests, burn rates, accounting documents, field office liquidations, travel expense reports, and documents for signature in coordination with Grants and Finance teams• Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics, including in conflict countries
