My main tasks included organizing the department and making sure all daily tasks were covered and done. I was also responsible of scheduling the employees within our team. Other tasks included visual merchandising, customer service, cash and stocking room. Through this year I develop my leadership skills and learned how to manage a team. The employment taught me how to work in an extremely high pace, how to perform within a strict time budget and under high pressure.
