I moved to the United States at a young age, and adapting to a new cultural environment was not an easy task; however, I have always been determined to overcome every obstacle in my path. If I did not let a language barrier hinder my development, why would I let anything else get in my way? My family back home are my motivation, and that is why I am so passionate and strive for success in everything I do.Being the first college graduate in my family, I've always felt like I'm the only one capable of helping substantially. No one ever outright said I had to be perfect, but all the pressure to be the one who would finally create generational wealth for the family put a weight on my shoulders. Thus, setting my path for success has always been a priority, and I have made sure to make every experience a learning opportunity.After college and after working in hospitality for most of my professional life, I ventured into my first office job. Though it wasn’t directly related to my field of study, it was a chance to dive into the logistics side of running a business. This behind-the-scenes work was eye-opening and taught me the critical importance of smooth operations. Eventually, I found a role that aligned perfectly with my studies. This position was new and lacked clear direction, which gave me the unique opportunity to develop strategies and systems from scratch. It was a challenging process, but seeing my ideas come to life and make a tangible difference was incredibly rewarding.Most recently, I’ve embarked on an exciting journey with a startup, immersing myself in both the financial and operational aspects of the business. Helping a new company navigate its daily challenges has been an amazing experience, providing deep insights into what it takes to run a successful enterprise. Looking to the future, I dream of starting my own company. Since I love helping people, I believe the best way to do that is through my own business, where I can make a meaningful impact in all aspects of life. My diverse journey has taught me invaluable lessons at every step, bringing me closer to my ultimate goal of creating a place where I can continue to help and inspire others. Until then, I remain committed to contributing my skills and expertise towards aiding other companies in achieving their objectives.
