Because of my communities, my identity, and leadership, I have grown into knowing my purpose in the world. As a creative and one stimulated by innovation, I aspire to be an advocate for the communities that have raised me. My background, studies, and skills have shown prime efforts in reforming education and institutions in order to be inclusive of the intersections that exist. Because of this, I am now an MPH Candidate (Class of 2025) in the Population and Family Health Department at Columbia Mailman School of Public Health. My interests rest within Maternal and Child Health, Obstetric Care, Doula & Midwifery, and Community Health.I'm an alum from the University of California, Berkeley ('21) with a B.A. in Gender & Women's Studies, a minor in Disability Studies, and held diverse and multiple leadership background(s). I hope to create change and accessibility for all, especially for marginalized communities within the fields of Public Health, Population and Family Health, and Healthy/Public Policy.
