CLUA is a collaborative of six foundations with the missions to amplify the power of people and the potential of forests to achieve a just and climate-resilient world.I support the implementation of the Global Initiative's strategy through grantmaking and non-grantmaking activities across a wide range of priorities including movement building and the role of youth and women within them, demand-side legislation, and international climate policy, with stakeholders and partners spread out across different geographies. My work also focuses on equity and justice, including the intersection of disability rights & climate and land use.

Coordinated implementation and monitoring of high-impact social projects focusing on education and economic inclusion for vulnerable communities in Ecuador and Latin America, consistently with social innovation and human design at the center.During my time at Codeis our projects reached over 4,000 beneficiaries in the region and our team grew from 4 to 15 people. I was a core member of the fundraising and strategy team which allowed Codeis to grow its impact as one of the leading NGOs in Ecuador around social innovation.
