As a Product Manager at TheXPlace, I play a pivotal role in driving the product development process within our agile startup environment. My responsibilities include leading backlog discovery, ensuring our development team has clear priorities and objectives, and working closely with the operations team to identify and address their needs.In addition to managing the development process, I am also responsible for analyzing key performance metrics, leveraging tools such as Jira, Figma, Quicksight, and Pendo to inform data-driven decisions that enhance our product offerings. I played a key role in guiding the Cyberbank Core division's evolution towards a new era of the platform. My contributions included defining Core Foundation APIs and collaborating on roadmap development, with a strong focus on Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) critical to the project's success. I was dedicated to ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics, including OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs, to align the team's efforts with business objectives. I also helped gather the right experts to meet all goals and expectations, delivering a robust, scalable core banking solution.

I led the team in optimizing and migrating the core Cyberbank tools, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of a major US release. My responsibilities included overseeing the improvement of tooling performance, guiding the migration process, and ensuring that the tools aligned with strategic goals. These enhancements were pivotal to the scalability and efficiency of Cyberbank Core, enabling it to meet the needs of the expanding US market.

At the beginning of my career, I started my path as a QA Automation tester which later lead me to become a Back-End Developer. My duties and tasks during this time included:- Design, develop & execution of test cases, according the company's internal rules & procedures.- Error reporting, improvement suggesting.- Handling documentation related to ISO 9001- Bugs reporting & tracking using tools such as Jira & Track+- Developed automated tests using Selenium IDE- Developed unit tests using JUnit- Job executions & handling using Jenkins for regression testing (CI)
