With minimal impact on business, this project involved the migration of 610 TB of data, 520 servers and transformations at several levels, including a high percentage of virtualization and consolidation. As Project Manager, i was responsible for putting into production the new Claims and Payment System in Allianz, having by main interfaces the Policies System, Collect and Accounting systems. This system was part of a bigger project, which main objective was to create an Information System to support all the core processes of an insurance company.

Main activities were related with CASE and EIS software’s and solutions. In this period, I was responsible for product support, education and pre-sales activities, including development of Prototypes.
