Support the Wimbledon Championships Membership and Allocations.• Manage correspondence by emails and post and process DHL courier shipments.• Schedule appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and refreshments.• Plan and arrange events, reception cover, meet & greet clients and visitors.• Co-ordinate and arrange travel and other facilities requests.• Prepare invoicing and assist with business proposals and presentations• Draft, format, scan and print confidential documentation• Maintain accurate records for employee holiday requests.• Assist with website functions and social media profiles• Arrange IT equipment for new starters, program access cards.• Solve queries with printers and IT equipment and or arrange for appropriate• Find cost effective delivery solutions with couriers, which reduce costs.• Manage the printing operations, contracts, maintenance and relationships with contractors such as Ricoh and Pitney Bowes.• Skilled in printing, scanning, binding, laminating documents.• Operate up to 7 Ricoh machines(pro C5210s colour and MP 1350 black and white)• Manage a budget of £60,000 per annum for all stationery and office furniture.• Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook• Regular updating of records on the various databases.• Responsible for writing weekly reports for the Operations Management team.
