● Design, build and manage multichannel marketing campaigns for our EU audience as well as providing recommendations for new and existing email campaigns, including automations.● Own the management, execution and reporting of all EU email marketing activity delivering weekly and monthly reporting on channel, journey and customer activity againstspecific KPIs.● Work with the Central CRM Manager to plan and execute email, SMS and DM, on-productcommunications to the MPB customer base as well as supporting Head of CRM and othermarketing functions with various ad hoc projects as required● Identify and maximise EU 1st party data capture opportunities● Manage the CRM function as it relates to in person events and partner activations - ensure that we are maximising data capture, enrichment and follow-on opportunities.● Monitor and update EU transactional emails● Manage and optimise our EU refer-a-friend program and our EU loyalty program● Develop and manage a market testing plan across digital channels● Identify and feedback market-specific and insights to the central CRM team and workacross markets to share these effectively.● Look after the day-to-day relationships with suppliers, including Email Service Providers,Direct Mail and other third parties● Compile key campaign and channel performance metrics, and apply analysis to these in order to understand how we may improve performance● Ensure that the departmental creative sign off process is followed● Provide support for the creation and management of emails to MPBs affiliate and media partners● Maintain an interest in CRM marketing trends and share learnings, ideas and best practicewith the wider team.
