AJ was the team lead for a group building a nationwide accounting system. His role involved soft skills such as reviewing work and mentoring teammates and technical problems such as upgrading angular version, migrating to jest, and implementing Cypress.io.Throughout AJ's career, he's provided value to clients through a technical understanding of user interfaces and using that to provide clients with clean and robust software. These roles have covered the technology stack from implementing large design systems based on angular material and CDK, dynamic Dotnet feature toggling, to integrations with CRMs.AJ's interests are researching software development, applying that to a client, and sharing that understanding with the larger community. The passion for research was a significant factor in studying artificial intelligence and knowledge representation for grad studies. This has continued throughout his career as he continually sought out better ways of developing software.AJ is the proud father of two awesome kids and the husband to a very patient wife. When he's not developing software, he can be found on his bike or making something on his 3D printer.
