Early Connections/Conexiones Tempranas (EC/CT) is a program at Jewish Family & Children's Service in Waltham, MA, focused on supporting the relationship between parents/caregivers and their young children as well as trauma-focused treatment. I am on the team at Boston University, led by Prof. Ruth Paris, that works on the program evaluation for EC/CT.As a research assistant, I do the following: - Manage our data collection pipeline for program evaluation- Analyze data and prepare reports for our funder, SAMHSA, and the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN)- Conduct qualitative interviews in English and Spanish with EC/CT clients as part of the program evaluation- Manage Institutional Review Board processes for the project

Field Education at UP Academy Holland, fulfilling MSW field education requirements at Boston University.

As part of my field education internship at Boston Public Schools, I am also a Project PROVIDE intern receiving additional professional development opportunities in the field of school mental health.Project PROVIDE is a partnership between Boston Public Schools, University of Massachusetts, Boston, and Boston University specifically designed to prepare school psychology, school counseling, and social work students who will be ready to serve Boston youth. The objective of the grant is to increase the number of diverse, highly qualified mental health staff that work in BPS while also improving the technical skills and supervisory skills of the current mental health workforce that works in BPS or with BPS students.

- Connected with De Marillac graduates (approx. ages 14-22 yrs) to provide referrals and guidance regarding education, career, and well-being. - Taught Executive Function Skills course for 7th grade class at De Marillac Academy and assisted with classroom management for the 8th grade Graduate Support course.- Coordinated outreach efforts by designing, curating, and sending out monthly newsletters to our graduates and families.- Assisted families in enrolling their children in high school and managing their financial aid accounts.- Processed requests for financial assistance from graduates and families to support their education, career, and general enrichment.- Assisted Director of Graduate Support with event planning for graduate and family get-togethers and information sessions.Left my role to attend graduate school at Boston University School of Social Work.

- Project-managed the executive search and recruitment processes for clients in the nonprofit sector, including institutions of higher education, health research institutes, philanthropic foundations, and more.- Successfully completed 10 executive searches with my search teams.- Mentored one new Senior Associate.Left my role at IM to pursue a role in guidance counseling/K-12 education.

Managed data collection, monthly and quarterly reporting, and report drafting for a project analyzing the impact of special economic zones in the Mekong region. Cleaned and analyzed data and prepared conclusions with two other fellow analysts (Chinese security specialist and a data scientist) and seven consultants (data collection and translation).Left for a role in executive search consulting where valuable research, collaboration, and project management skills gained at C4ADS support a career transition towards institutions in education.

Conducted research and analysis on networks of corruption in Latin America, and collaborated with journalists in-region on data sharing and data collection training. Analyzed the effects of OFAC sanctions on shipping activity in and around Venezuela.

Interned in the Donor Relations office and managed two major stewardship projects for scholarship and named space donors. Assisted the Vice President for Advancement and Communications in planning the University’s 100th anniversary. Coordinated events hosted by AUC for donors, alumni, and the Board of Trustees.

I co-led (with a fellow Georgetown student) a spring break trip for Georgetown University students to Arizona (Tucson and Nogales) and Mexico (Nogales, Sonora). The focus of the trip was to learn about the migrant justice movement, U.S. border policy, and human rights advocacy. I worked with community partners in Arizona in order to facilitate the education of the trip's participants, and I co-led reflections and discussions surrounding migration.

Assisted Academic Directors and Assistant Academic Directors in two summer high school programs at Georgetown University: Medicine I and Fundamentals of Business. I facilitated discussion sections, monitored student behavior and performance, graded exams and quizzes, and participated in a panel of judges for the students' Business Plan projects in the Fundamentals of Business program.

Coordinator for the 1-2-1 Columbia Heights Program (in-home tutoring in Columbia Heights). Position included managing and training a group of student ESL tutors for the Columbia Heights neighborhood in Washington, DC.
