This was very much a transition time for the school, during which I was happy to step into various roles as different needs arose. While continuing my previous responsibilities, I had the great experience of handling a part-time teacher's classroom workload.

I was brought in to help out in several different areas, the main one being the library, (learn/manage Follett's Destiny LMS, help improve library processes and procedures, set library systems policies) and all the school's software (assess and upgrade software used on campus, recommend purchases, train teachers and staff in the use of software, function.

Updated the association's procedures and transitioned various activities to web-based collaboration.

Assisted the board with administration and other work for the organization. I was responsible for website maintenance, web-based communication tools and some marketing work.

Worked on a social network for the Indian diaspora (never launched).

Assisted in the creation of their e-commerce website, built the product database, formulated processes for database maintenance, authored content, and worked with developers on functionality, requirements, usability and user experience.

Consulted on communication techniques to build support teams' performance and improve metrics. Coached team leads on communication with international clients and colleagues.
