Most recently, I worked as a Claims Specialist at Global Repair Group, a company that provides repair services for custom medical equipment damaged or lost by airlines.In this role, I managed up to 80 different claims, acting as a case manager and assisting clients with their needs. I de-escalated emergency situations by providing quick and creative solutions, and worked closely with a national network of technicians and airline staff to find cost-effective and efficient resolutions. I also introduced the business model to local businesses and formed long-term partnerships. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.
