With over two years of experience in data science and machine learning, I design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust solutions for cloud security and performance at Zscaler, a leading cloud-based network security provider. In collaboration with the engineering and product teams, I use my full stack big data analytics skills to create and improve recommendation systems, anomaly detection models, and user behavior analysis tools, leveraging various data sources and technologies.I started my career at Zscaler as a Machine Learning Engineer, where I contributed to the development and optimization of AI/ML models and pipelines for the cloud platform. I then transitioned to the role of Associate Data Scientist, where I applied statistical analysis, data preparation, and data collection techniques to monitor and enhance the cloud quality and reliability. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY, and multiple certifications from Jigsaw Academy and IBM, including the Big Data Engineer - Mastery Award 2018. I am passionate about solving complex problems using data and technology, and I strive to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for Zscaler and its customers.
