I encourage adaptation of triple helix approach and tapping the interdependence in the fields of Semiconductor, Photonics and Quantum. A strategic thinker, with a natural inclination to look at the bigger picture, while paying attention to the details that matter. Proven ability to engage at all levels with (international) stakeholders - policy makers, scientific thought leaders and practitioners, inspire them and engage them to take actions. I enjoy assimilating complex subject matters and slicing them to bite size problems. I'm fascinated by defects and material science and how they silently drive evolution of technology.
