Supply Chain Planning – Demand planning process and inventory management project – Consumer package good client: The client is a growing business in North America, the fast growing pace is creating pressure on the current Supply Chain Planning capacity. Deloitte is supporting the client with designing new Supply Chain Planning process and tools.Main responsibility: • Develop the proposal for the project along with the guidance from other Deloitte senior consultants and manager. • Initial data analysis and develop engagement materials for quick start as the project starting.2. Supply Chain KPI – Supply Chain Visibility - government client: the client want to develop a program to provide visibility to all supply chain stakeholder, enabling each stakeholder to optimize their current operation and build up trust and collaboration in the supply chain network.Main responsibility:• Data analysis: support the team with data analyst on certain KPI performance based on the data given from the client. The purpose was to provide insights into how the changing KPI tracking method would affect the overall performance as well as the feasibility of data availability.• Material development: support the team with internal and external team meeting materials.3. Direct to consumer supply chain cost modeling – Pet food client: Develop a financial model to indicate the increasing supply chain cost if the client to move from the current traditional distribution model to a direct to consumer (using e-commerce business model).

• Responsible for demand planning, inventory management, and supply planning process for L’Oréal Paris brand, largest brand within Consumer Product Division. • Achieved +6.22% in 2016 and +6.7% in 2015 for year over year evolution in forecasting accuracy, with 2016 forecast accuracy as 64.52% for 120+ SKU in a rapid growth and changing business (+48% in 2015 and +26% in 2016 of sales evolution, and shifting market focus from skin care to cosmetics).• Led the application of Future Master tool for forecasting process, able to help other team members to transition from an excel based method to Future Master modeling.• Provided insight from data analysis to the Sales & Marketing team and technical support for other colleagues as a trustworthy team player.
