• Conducted field investigations, determined costs/benefits and technical specifications, and developed project plans for continuous process improvement of paint shop, including:- Shop floor and paint process modification- Equipment installation, refurbishment, and replacement- New material and technology introduction.• Supported major/minor model change (Corolla/Camry/Innova) with new equipment and color introduction. • Cooperated with Quality Control Division to determine paint defects, root causes, and countermeasures after model change or new material introduction.• Assigned areas of accountability to Production, Maintenance and/or external contractors• Followed up with project execution, documentation, monitoring and control, and close.

• Supported quality assurance of equipment reliability data and P&IDs for risk-centered maintenance.• Participated in reliability incident investigation and root cause failure analysis processes.• Presented site safety reports to engineers and technicians in monthly safety meetings.
