I function parallel to Engineering, XD, Program management and Product Management with the assurance on quality standards of a product sent in global markets. I have a good experience in vendor management and team building. Apart from people manager role, I hold a charter to lead automation efforts both for UI and APIs in the products we support.At Adobe, I was hired in Tools and Engineering Team as an automation engineer and had an opportunity to work on setting up automations from scratch for Analytical world. My early experience at Adobe also includes delivering quality for Adobe tools and setting up analytics dashboards for many products via Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and MicroStrategy.Prior to Adobe, i was working with Infosys Technologies, Mysore and Pune, for three years, from where i started my professional career in testing services through automation and writing JUNIT frameworks for business softwares. It has given me a breakthrough to software cycle and immense learning in achieving the desired quality of a deliverable.I am a keen learner and always strive to go that extra mile to achieve perfection in whatever I do. I have a patent in my accreditation w.r.t Hearing Impaired Accessibility and Sign language. I have contributions across the spectrum that also includes mentoring localization folks with my key strengths and experiences both on private and public forum like GHC, Women in Localization, Speaker at Adobe Tech Summit and many more.On personal front, I believe I have a creative head and soul. Poetry, Sketching and Kathak (dancing) are my partners in crime. I also host my small talk show " Rubaru " that gives me motivation and interest to know people and alleviate their strengths through a fire side chat.
