Sr. Manager- Business Development And Partnerships
Key Roles:
◆ Client Partner/Success Manager: Creating value-based relationships with our existing customers post sales. Building strong, trust-based relationships with business partners inside and outside the organization, and leveraging all available resources to support the business process of renewals.
◆ Account Management: Acting as an Account manager for clients and taking care of the business partnerships by day-to-day interaction with clients and resolving issues and queries, if any.
◆ Resource Management: Doing resource management by assigning the right resources to the right projects at the right time.
◆ Business Development: Searching for potential clients in the territory assigned and taking care of inbound and outbound leads.
◆ Successfully onboarding clients after conversion.
◆ Planning and overseeing new sales and marketing initiatives.
◆ Subject matter expert on business products, processes, and operations.
