I have had the privilege of working with the wonderful staff and faculty for the past decade. During this time, I have been actively engaged in the community and have played key roles in team building, policy making, curriculum development and review, and various academic duties. I have had the opportunity to work with the Math, Physics, Chemical Engineering, and Civil Engineering Technology programs, which has expanded my vision and expertise over the years. My daily duties include:-Perform curriculum development and annual curriculum reviews regularly to meet accreditation requirements.-Develop online class material to suit students’ needs, such as making video clips, and digitizing exams on multiple LMS platforms.-Use OKR tools to track and improve the quality of delivery and support teaching/learning initiatives and activities.-Communicate with stakeholders to maintain awareness of industry trends, issues, and research and recruitment opportunities.-I am responsible for delivering courses in the following areas:Manual Drafting, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), and drawing standardsApplied physics in engineering, such as statics, the strength of Material, fluid mechanics, etcProject management and engineering communication, Capstone Project,Process control and Plant layout design

Utilizing AutoPlant 3D design and build piping layout and generate ISO for stress check, based on survey information, P&ID, LDT, EDS, and CSA. Coordinating with other disciplines to complete the CWPs within tight deadlines. Reviewing and commenting on vendor drawings. Mentoring new hires.On-site work observing and monitoring following Esso Safety Regulations in Strathcona refinery.Generate GAs following industry standards, by utilizing AutoCAD, Naviswork, and existing Isos. Review Isometric drawings of pipe and steel to suggest necessary temp supports.
