I am currently the head of R&D for Zillable, the world's first collaboration and innovation platform. I am a strong people manager, technically hands-on and have experience in leading globally distributed teams. I have both start-up and enterprise development experience and have an eye for speed, efficiency, impact and common sense. I have agile experience with the agile methodology and have successfully led efforts to transform teams from using waterfall to effectively using agile. I value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and am always excited to learn new tech stack, new technologies, drive innovation and mentor and develop team members. I have 14+ years of experiences on Application Architect and software integration solutions for enterprises. Solid background on Java Spring IO platform architect, plus MongoDB and ElasticSearch.I started my career at a small software development group. At this "start-up"group, I had to work on all software areas such as requirements, R&D, design, coding and testing. This job provided me with tremendous experience in all aspects of software development, but most importantly, to learn how to work and solve problems independently and collaboratively. I later joined CSC Vietnam (formerly PSV, FCGV), a worldwide outsourcing company, as a Software Engineer. I stayed with CSC for over 10 years, before joining the Zilla Family as R&D Lead for zillable.com. At CSC, I had played various positions such as Sustaining Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Team Lead and Application Architect. I was assigned to several large projects at enterprise scale level. My architected applications are successfully deployed at many large enterprises.
